CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Sam Wayne Boles, 45, 1312 Big Bend Road, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure, peace disturbance and resisting arrest.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of tampering with a motor vehicle, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Bryan Keith Reid, 31, 1806 William St., was arrested on a Perry County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Tyler James Carr, 20, 300 Okemah Lane, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 6 S. Henderson Ave.

Thefts

* An air conditioning unit was reported stolen at 1105 S. Ellis St.

* Stealing was reported at Dollar General Store, 64 S. Plaza Way.

Miscellaneous

* Furnishing pornographic material to a minor was reported.

* A 27-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Forgery was reported.
