CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Milton T. Adkinson Jr., 30, of Pulaski, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and on a Massac County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.

* Tyrance D. Hill, 38, 1116 S. Ranney Ave., was arrested on probation and parole warrant for parole violation.

* Perry Glenn Harris, 22, 1222 Hilldale Circle, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana with intent.

Summonses

* Christopher A. Shepard, 23, 605 Mechaw Drive, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Darion T. Harris, 17, 1006 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* Devon K. Banks, 17, 536 S. Middle St., was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

* Gabriel J. Haas, no age given, 2127 Derbyshire Lane, was issued a summons for following too close.

* Kristen L. Hunt, no age given, 1850 Lexington Ave., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Stacy L. Muser, 33, 16 N. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for not keeping private property free of litter.

Theft

* Victoria's Secret, 3049 William St., reported clothing stolen.

Burglaries

* Burglary and the theft of tools were reported at 1815 Cape Lacroix Road.

* Burglary and the theft of a television, computer and DJ mixer were reported at 2010 Thilenius St.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

* A 30-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
