CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Morgan R. Allen, 21, 326 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and improper turn.

Arrest

* Justin R. Depauw, 37, 101 S. Pacific St., No. 107, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants and two Ste. Genevieve County warrants for failure to appear.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

Summons

* Lashanda M. Twiggs, no age given, 417 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane, no insurance and driving while revoked.

Theft

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 412 S. Spring Ave.

Property damage

* A tire was reported damaged at 370 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* Request for service was reported.
