The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Tyrese D. Hyles, 20, of Caruthersville, Mo, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Mario D. Wilson, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for driving without a license, failure to have insurance and failure to drive within traffic lanes.

* Stacy L. Craddock, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for violation of steady red light.

* Tyler J. Pengelley, 1109 Giboney Ave., was issued a summons for following to close.

Thefts

* Beef O'Brady's, 1812 Cardondelet Ave., reported stealing.

* An iPhone and OtterBox were reported stolen at 2008 William St.

* Identity theft was reported.

The Department of Public Safety released the following items:

DWI

* Dustin M. Lane, 22, of Dexter, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
