CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Antonio D. White, 21, 2857 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to obey judge's order.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and armed criminal action.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for shoplifting at Macy's, 3049 William St.

* Matthew B. Rider, 32, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for improper registration.

Summonses

* Veronica L. Langston, 32, 2324 Earleen Drive, was issued a summons for nuisance animal.

* Whitney C. Wilson, no age given, of Benton, Mo., was issued a summons for no insurance.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 40 N. Silver Springs Road.

Miscellaneous

* A 46-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Interference with custody was reported.

* An animal bite was reported.
