Cape Girardeau police report 3/10/14

CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A man was in custody pending charges of possession of 35 grams or more of marijuana.

* Huruh Lee Bankhead Jr., 46, of Jackson was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Consentshae Cuneterri Parker, 19, 208 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear and probation violation and a Scott County warrant for probation violation.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for unlawful use of a weapon.

* A juvenile warrant arrest was reported.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft, property damage and trespassing.

Thefts

* Stealing was reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft, property damage and trespassing.

Property damage

* A front door was reported damaged at 3019 Themis St.

Summons

* Susan Owens, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Miscellaneous

* Protective custody was reported.

* Leah D. Leimer, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Derrick T. Ricker, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for the sale or delivery of a controlled substance.
