The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Billie Joe Hamm, 38, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott City warrant for neglect of a child, nonsupport.

* Edward Jonathan Boaz, 32, 902 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for receiving stolen property.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while suspended, improper turn, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Anthony T. Duncan, 28, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of an improper turn, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Belinda E. Chatman, 41, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Summonses

* Peyton E. Ivie, no age given, of East Prairie, Mo., was issued a summons for leaving the scene.

* Kaelyn M. Stinnett, no age given, 731 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Keaira L. Schilling, no age given, 330 N. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.

* Bristanerica L. Clark, no age given, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle and no insurance.

* Thomas K. Wiley, no age given, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was issued a summons for leaving the scene.

* Kristen A. Keesee, no age given, 3208 Themis St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Thefts

* Identity theft was reported.

* Prescription drugs and a cellphone were reported stolen and drywall was reported damaged at 223 S. Lorimier St.

Property damage

* A tire was reported damaged at 214 S. Missouri Ave.

Miscellaneous

* A 49-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* First State Community Bank, 2527 William St., reported counterfeiting.
