The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Loretta M. Pierce, 49, 605 E. Adams St., No. 4, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Victoria J. Scheiler, 20, 4913 Pinedale Drive, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Gary W. McClard Jr., 46, 4903 Old Cape Road East, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Chancellor A. Elfrink, 18, of Whitewater was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and hindering an investigation.

* Stephan R. May II, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Carl E. Archer II, 20, or Oak Ridge was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance and speeding.

* Susan L. Krydynski, 50, 139 Rochester Drive, was issued a summons for improper passing.

* Mercedes L. Dye, 22, 558 Wellington Drive, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance and speeding.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 700 block of August Street.

Miscellaneous

* Check the welfare was requested in the 400 block of West Main Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 700 block of Eastview Court.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 800 block of Eastview Court.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of Pawnee Avenue.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.
