The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Lawrence V. Wesley Jr., 52, 121 East Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for suspended operator's license.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for stealing.

* Jordan M. Welker, 17, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges and two juveniles were cited into juvenile court pending formal charges of curfew violation and resisting arrest.

* Tracy M. Welch, 43, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Bonnie M. Bartlett, no age given, 1608 Perryville Road, was issued a summons for improper left turn.

* Mary J. Donner, 33, of Kennett, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to wear a seat belt as a front-seat passenger.

* Jessica L. Clark, no age given, 6963 County Road 621, was issued a summons for improper left turn.

* Denise M. Pulley, 31, 109 A St., No. 23, was issued a summons for no insurance.

* Coleah M. Carter, no age given, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was issued a summons for no insurance.

Theft

* A firearm was reported stolen at 3120 Chateau Drive.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Burglary and the theft of a computer, two flat-screen televisions, PlayStation, Nintendo 3DS, a Canon printer, a camcorder, iPad Nano, amplifier, PlayStation games, deep fryer and weight plates were reported at 608 Locust St.

* Burglary and the theft of women's clothing, two flat-screen televisions, a massage table, a queen mattress and box spring and purses were reported at 832 S. Kingshighway.

* Burglary and the theft of a computer, television and Xbox were reported at 1101 N. Spanish St.

* Burglary and stealing were reported at 828 S. Kingshighway.

* Burglary was reported at 138 Winterfield Drive.

* Burglary and the theft of a tolling motor, eight rods and reels, a marine battery, a tackle box and a golf bag containing clubs were reported at 1915 Golden Eagle Court.

Miscellaneous

* A 32-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Fraudulently pledging or selling property was reported.
