CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Demone Hopkins, 24, of Cairo, Illinois, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Sentrell U. Blackmon, 18, 716 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.

* Starla D. Beasley, 18, 3809 Old Route V, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Rebekah J. Yamnitz, 41, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for traffic violation.

* Hayley J. Yavuz, 32, 555 N. Spring St., No. 4, as arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and a St. Louis County warrant for probation violation.

* Shannon D. Hunt, 23, of Converse, Texas, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no valid license, probation violation for stealing and possession of a controlled substance.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of peace disturbance, resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer.

* Henry L. Titchenell III, 25, 2800 Pioneer Drive, No. 118, was arrested on a Belton, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear.

* A 16-year-old girl was taken into custody as a person younger than 18 in possession of cigarettes and being an incorrigible juvenile.

* Jacob William Morrison, 20, 2222 Earleen Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Ombreis Detray Watson, 20, 930 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, failure to display plates on a motor vehicle, driving while revoked and no proof of insurance.

* Tavis Markey Betts, 36, 624 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

* Daniel Lawrence, 35, 615 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau probation and parole warrant.

* Jerry Carter, 50, 1204 Butler St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Missouri, failure-to-appear warrant for a traffic offense.

* Paige Thomas, 20, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of theft.

* Ronald Haegele, 51, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of trespassing at 3439 William St.

* Vashon Bell, 27, 413 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for distribution of a controlled substance.

* Chaka Howard, 35, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for failure to appear.

* Willie Pollard, 55, 59 N. Park Ave., was arrested on suspicion of theft.

* A 15-year-old was arrested for a probation violation at Bloomfield and Hanover streets.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported at 1927 N. Kingshighway.

* Domestic assault was reported at 121 S. Sprigg St.

* Domestic assault was reported at 312 W. Lorimier St.

* Domestic assault was reported at 650 N. Middle St.

Thefts

* A debit card and Social Security card were reported stolen at 124 S. Lorimier St.

* Stealing and forgery were reported.

* A purse was reported stolen at 310 S. Sprigg St.

* American flags were reported stolen at 235 Broadway.

* Medication was reported stolen from 212 S. Lorimier St.

* A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle at 1828 Delwin St.

* A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle at Broadway and Water Street.

* Stolen merchandise was reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Stolen merchandise was reported at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

Summonses

* Riley M. Hale, no age given, 343 N. Pacific St., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Destiny D. Moore, no age given, 1020 Independence St., was issued a summons for no operator's license, uninsured vehicle and no proof of insurance.

* Ryan C. Burton, no age given, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for following too close.

* Margie L. Saulsbery-Gaskins, no age given, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* William Z. Stokes, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for improper lane usage.

* Daniel Lawrence, 35, 615 Boxwood Drive, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
