The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Summonses

* Joseph L. Palmer, 20, of Jackson was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with an expired operator's license.

* David F. Hale, 41, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Wade T. Cramer, 29, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Robyn A. Martin, 33, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 1100 block of Main Street.

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 2600 block of Old Cape Road.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of Crestwood Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.

* Fraud was reported in the 1500 block of Lilac Lane.
