Jackson police report 8/17/14

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Michael S. Cruz, 30, 403 N. Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, displaying plates of another, failure to display headlights and failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Donald E. Welker, 24, 236 S. Union Ave, was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant.

* Michael G. Anderson, 38 of Whitewater, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams and resisting arrest.

Summonses

* Nicholas G. Tyler, 22, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Caitlin M Burress, 25, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
