The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Jesse Rahhem Glover, 31, 1121 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* Luretha Lewis, 20, 155 Bellevue, Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at J.C. Penny, 3049 William St.

* Megan Elizabeth Sisk, 21, 329 N. Fountain St., No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at J.C. Penny, 3049 William St.

* Kayla Nicole Parker, 27, 516 Cape Meadows Drive, was arrested on suspicion of staling at Wal-Mart, 3429 William St.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of making a false declaration, unlawful use of a concealable firearm, possession of a controlled substance and driving while revoked.

* Lisa Marie Shelton, 41, of Jackson was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, traffic violations and forgery, and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Aiman Yahua Alghamdi, 23, of Carbondale, Illinois, was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

* Tabitha Ann Nelson, 20, was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of intoxicants.

* Walter S. Denny, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to drive on the right half of roadway.

Thefts

* An Xbox and games were reported stolen at 436 S. Spring Ave.

* Books, a phone and personal papers were reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* Phillips 66 reported money stolen at 3276 William St.

* J.C. Penny, 3048 William St., reported a suitcase stolen.

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a computer stolen.

* Campbell Mattress, 100 Minnesota Ave., reported vehicle batteries stolen.

Miscellaneous

* Service was requested.

* A dog bite to the leg was reported.

* Michael C. Wright, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Brian E. Clemons Jr., 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for nonmoving traffic violation.

* Randy G. Lewis Jr., 32, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, knowingly burning and stealing.

* Cory C. Kyles, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.

* Ovell J. Pollard, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary.

* David L. Poston, 44, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Gage W. Bowers, 23, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle.

* Jessica L. Baker, 23, of Cape Girardeau on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to wear a seat belt.
