JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Frankie W. Ramsey, 46, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of hindering prosecution.

* John M. Karnes, 46, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

Summons

* Kayleigh G. Voshage, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Miscellaneous

* A fight in progress was reported in the area of West Washington and Court streets.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Farmington Road.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Independence Street.

* A peace disturbance as reported in the 400 block of East Lane.
