Cape Girardeau firefighters and police officers showed up at the new IHOP restaurant on Monday, Nov. 3, in support of SoutheastHEALTH's breast cancer campaign. The restaurant donated 100 percent of its gross proceeds from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. to the Southeast Cancer Patient Experience Fund.
