J.T. Graham of Advance, Missouri, and Durwood and Lavonda Thurman of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Jay J. Johnson, to Billy M. Williams, both of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Darlene Williams of Cape Girardeau, and the late Bob Williams. Jay is also the daughter of the late Suzanne Graham.

Jay is a graduate of Columbia School of Practical Nursing. She is employed by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Billy received an associate's degree in electronic engineering from ITT Tech. He is an electrician with International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 1.

A March 2015 wedding is planned in Cape Girardeau.
