Friday, January 30, 2015 we hosted a traditional English tea party at the Hoover Center's Senior Alive Adult Day Program to celebrate National Hot Tea Month. Several types of tea and pastry were served, complete with cucumber sandwiches. We discussed the health benefits of tea, as well as the origins of the English Tea Party and proper tea party etiquette. The participants had a fabulous time and request that we have another soon...
