John and Martha Freeze of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Meagan Freeze, to Frank Caligiuri, both of Des Moines, Iowa. He is the son of Thomas and Rosa Caligiuri of Des Moines.

Meagan is a 2004 graduate of Central High School. She received a doctorate of pharmacy degree from University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Pharmacy in 2012, and completed a post graduate residency at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in 2013. She is a clinical pharmacist at Iowa Methodist Medical Center/Blank Children's Hospital.

Frank is a 2000 graduate of Lincoln High School in Des Moines. He received a doctorate of pharmacy degree from Drake University in 2007, and completed a post graduate residency at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in 2008. He is a clinical assistant professor at Drake University.

An Aug. 8 wedding is planned in Breckenridge, Colorado.
