Volz - Hahs

Elvan and Karen Volz of Friedheim announce the engagement of their daughter, Cynthia Lyn Volz, to Burton Leon Hahs. He is the son of Robert and Loeta Hahs of Oak Ridge.

Cynthia is a 2007 graduate of Oak Ridge High School, and received a physical therapist assistant degree from Mineral Area College in 2014. She is a clinical administrative assistant at HealthPoint Rehab, and a physical therapist assistant at Regency Health.

Burton is a 1998 graduate of Jackson High School. He recently joined his family's fifth generation farm business.

A Nov. 7 wedding is planned at St. Maurus Catholic Church in Biehle, Missouri.
