He will discuss "Visions of Sugar Plums: Churchill, Roosevelt and the Postwar World." The lecture will follow a 6:30 p.m. banquet in the Missouriana-Indian rooms at the University Center.

The banquet and lecture are open to the public. The lecture is free, but the banquet costs $15 per person. Reservations must be made by March 30 by calling 651-2180.
