Dr. James and Candy Garb of Columbia, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Leigh Garb of St. Louis, to Jeffrey Michael Riley of St. Peters, Mo. He is the son of Don and Marty Riley Sr. of Cape Girardeau. Garb is a 1996 graduate of Rock Bridge High School in Columbia. Dr. James and Candy Garb of Columbia, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Leigh Garb of St. Louis, to Jeffrey Michael Riley of St. Peters, Mo. He is the son of Don and Marty Riley Sr. of Cape Girardeau.

Garb is a 1996 graduate of Rock Bridge High School in Columbia. She received a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a project manager for The Zipatoni Co. in St. Louis.

Riley is a 1995 graduate of Central High School. He received a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is an engineer with MEMC in St. Peters.

An April 28 wedding is planned at First Christian Church in Columbia.
