JACKSON, Mo. -- Gerald and Rhonda Koller of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Tara Marie Koller, to Jesper Noer. He is the son of Finn Simensen and Anette Noer of Denmark. JACKSON, Mo. -- Gerald and Rhonda Koller of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Tara Marie Koller, to Jesper Noer. He is the son of Finn Simensen and Anette Noer of Denmark.

Koller is a 1995 graduate of Jackson High School, and attended Missouri Baptist College. She is employed at Home Medical Supply and at Outback Steakhouse.

Noer expects to receive a master's degree in business administration from Southeast Missouri State University in August.
