ENGAGEMENTS: CHAMBERS-PATTERSON

Joe and Judy Chambers of Oxford, Miss., announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Rochelle Chambers, to Christopher Michael Patterson, both of Oxford. He is the son of David and Marcia Walton of Cape Girardeau.

Chambers is a 1998 graduate of Oak Park High School in Kansas City. She is majoring in secondary education at the University of Mississippi.

Patterson is a 1997 graduate of Central High School. He expects to receive a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Mississippi in May. He is employed at Parker Hannifin Corp. in Batesville, Miss.

A May 19 wedding is planned at North Oxford Baptist Church in Oxford.
