ENGAGEMENTS: MURPHY-HALFORD

ORAN -- Anita Jill Murphy and Bradley Dwight Halford announce their engagement. She is the daughter of Morris Hammond of Anderson, Ala., and the late Othell Hammond. Halford is the son of Norman and Rita Halford of Oran. Murphy is a 1989 graduate of Lexington High School. Murphy is a 1989 graduate of Lexington High School. She received a bachelor's degree in social work from the University of North Alabama in 1994. She is employed by Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services in Muscle Shoals.
