ArrestsPaul Steven Watts, 39, of 430 Broadway was arrested Friday at Capaha Park for violating the park curfew.

Julius Frazier, 23, of 1413 William St. was arrested Friday on a Mississippi County warrant for forgery.

Edward Leroy Anderson Jr., 21, of 3000 Themis, Apt. A, was arrested Friday for speeding and for operating a car without a license. There also was an outstanding arrest warrant.

Rickie Lotez Brown, 22, of 518 rear S. Ellis was arrested Friday for possession of a controlled substance.

Toyia Sneed, 19, of 225 S. Lorimier, Apt. A, was arrested Monday for endangering the welfare of a child.

SummonsRoger Dale Noel, 49, of Scott City was issued a summons Saturday for trespassing at Money Time Pawn, 1901 Independence.

Judson Thomas Spencer, 36, of Cairo, Ill., was issued a summons Monday for failure to appear in court on a charge of having an unlicensed vehicle.
