Mr. and Mrs. Alan W. Haman of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Blake Haman, to Jeffery Howard Bourbon. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Don Bourbon of Cadet, Mo.

Haman is majoring in dietetics at Southeast Missouri State University.

Bourbon received a degree in criminal justice from Southeast University in December 2000. He received certification through Missouri Police Corps in 2001. He is an officer with Cape Girardeau Police Department.

A June 22 wedding is planned at Trinity Lutheran Church.
