MiscellaneousA 29-year-old female was taken into protective custody Tuesday.

DWICarley W. Capps, 30, of 1207 E. Main St., No. 40, was issued a summons Thursday for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Chimeca D. Moore, 28, of 533 Cape Meadows Circle, Cape Girardeau was issued a summons Friday for driving while intoxicated and failure to dim headlights.

Aschlei N. Kelley, 19, of 625 Frances Drive was issued a summons Saturday for driving while intoxicated and speeding.

ArrestJack T. McCall, 21, was arrested Thursday at 417 East Lane for maintaining a disorderly house.

Randy L. Wilson, 38, of 1005 County Road 616 was arrested Saturday for an exparte violation.

SummonsGeoffrey Richey, 21, of 211 W. Mary St. was issued a summons Friday for stealing.
