Pemberton-Murphy

CHARLESTON, Mo. -- Alen Leo and Susan Jane Pemberton of Charleston announce the engagement of their daughter, Leslie Michelle Pemberton, to Brian Patrick Murphy, both of Old Orchard Beach, Maine. He is the son of Thomas Raymond and Brigid F. Murphy of Old Orchard Beach.

Pemberton is pursuing a degree in health promotion at the University of Southern Maine. She is an underwriter specialist at Unum Provident Disability Insurance.

Murphy received a bachelor of arts degree in communication from the University of Southern Maine. He is employed at Enterasys Networks.

A May 18 wedding is planned at Sacred Heart St. Dominic Catholic Church in Portland, Maine.
