ArrestsThree juveniles were arrested Saturday for trespassing at 101 S. Pacific.

Lisa D. Swain of Hanover, Md., was arrested Saturday for traffic offenses and issued a summons for operating motor vehicle without two working headlights and failure to wear a seat belt.

Michael P. Kays, 18, of 1562 Valley Forge was arrested Saturday for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Douglas W. Guyton, 21, of Hayti, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear.

Jason Burden, 24, of Hayti was arrested Sunday for possession of a controlled substance.

TheftCDs, wrenches and gloves were reported Stolen Saturday from 1835 Karau.

Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday from Amoco Dmart at 3276 William.

SummonsGeoffrey D. Spears, 36, of 1211 S. Ellis was issued a summons Saturday for selling tobacco to a minor.

Christina L. Pyles, 21, of 2423 Melrose was issued a summons Saturday for selling tobacco to a minor and selling alcohol to a minor.

Gloria G. Loughany, 44, of 174 Parkwood was issued a summons Saturday for selling tobacco to a minor.

Jeffrey L. McCowan, 19, of 1619 Scivally was issued a summons Saturday for selling alcohol to a minor.

Paul M. Hicks, 10 Rivercrest, was issued a summons Sunday for failing to stop at a steady red light and leaving the scene of an accident.

Michael S. McGlynn, 20, of Chesterfield, Mo., was issued a summons Sunday for driving while intoxicated.
