JACKSON, Mo. -- Louis B. and Nancy L. Hobbs of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Nancy Rebeckah Hobbs, to Brandon Heath Blattel. He is the son of James W. and Doris J. Blattel of Jackson. Hobbs expects to receive a degree in physical education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2004.
