ArrestsElijah Joseph Fisher, 21, of 921 Hackberry, Apt. 103, was arrested Wednesday on complaints for assaulting a law enforcement officer, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and resisting arrest.

James Alan Welsh, 18, of 1927 N. Kingshighway, Lot 58, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant complaint.

Kevin Scott Larose, 29, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a warrant complaint for contempt of court.
