Michael Lee Pratcher, 35, 2522 Ranchito, was issued a summons Monday for leash law violation.

Susan Claire Aide, 49, 514 Koch, was issued a summons Tuesday for leash law violation.

TheftHome fixtures were reported stolen at 719 N. Middle.

License plates were reported stolen at 2564 Lisa.

Gasoline was reported stolen at 3276 William.

A bicycle was reported stolen at 247 Siemers.
