Kurt and Erin May of Whitewater, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Bevin Christine May, to Craig Joseph Guth, both of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Charles and Jan Guth of Jackson, Mo.

May is a 1996 graduate of Jackson High School, and a graduate of Southeast Missouri Hospital School of Nursing. She is a nurse in the Emergency Department at Southeast Hospital.
