The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Richard R. Sauer, 50, of Jackson was arrested Nov. 28 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Rickey G. Braggs, 44, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Nov. 30 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

William T. Naeter, 24, of Nixa, Mo., was arrested Nov. 30 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Kory D. Singelton, 21, of Jackson was arrested Nov. 30 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Kevin F. Hillis, 30, of Bowling Green, Ky., was arrested Nov. 30 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Robert B. Langford, 35, of Jackson was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Michael D. Bell, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Nov. 27 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Nicole L. Turner, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Nov. 27 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of methamphetamine.

Darlene M. Curry, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Nov. 27 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Karla H. Stroehlein, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Nov. 27 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

William E. Mack, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Nov. 27 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of drub paraphernalia.

David A. Fee, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Nov. 29 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for tampering, evading arrest and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Clifton S. Illers, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Nov. 29 on suspicion of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

Rodger J. Smith, 46, of Maryland Heights, Mo., was arrested Nov. 30 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia, hashish, Diazepem, marijuana and methamphetamine.

Aaron W. McNeely, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Nov. 30 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

Amy N. Hamn, 25, of Jackson was arrested Nov. 30 on a Butler County warrant for bad checks.

Shane M. Tobin, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Nov. 30 on suspicion of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

Jake J. Burgfield, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Nov. 30 on suspicion of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

Harold Jackson, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Cynthia G. Talley, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Kristi V. McNeely, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for delivery of an alkaloid to a correctional facility.

Nicholas J. Young, 22, of Jackson was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Dale W. Hunt, 50, of Jackson, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of assault.

Jeffery M. Tilson, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Thursday on suspicion of assault.

TransportsThe following persons were transported Nov. 27 to the Missouri Department of Corrections:

Joseph A. Barber, 23, of Dutchtown, Mo., to serve five years for driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

Kenney J. Morrisett, 25, of Rector, Ark., to serve four years for tampering and driving while intoxicated.

Michael D. Johnson, 24, of Cape Girardeau, to serve six years for delivery of a controlled substance.
