The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Bradley Michael Simmons, 23, of 1344 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 9, was issued a summons early Sunday at Broadway and Lorimier for driving while intoxicated.

Gena Lynn Davis, 43, of 709 Albert St. was arrested Saturday at South Kingshighway and Cape Centre for driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, no proof of insurance, driving while suspended and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Police said Davis' vehicle struck a light pole owned by the city of Cape Girardeau.

Arrest Steven Allen McKlin, 30, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was arrested Saturday for failure to appear in court.

Summonses Arnold F. Jenkins, 40, of 911 S. Pacific St. was issued a summons Saturday for driving with a revoked license.

Clerence Brown, 17, of 412 Koch was issued a summons Sunday for tampering and fleeing a lawful detention.

Wilson J. Mungle, 65, of 522 S. Sprigg St. was issued a summons Saturday for failure to maintain property.

Clarence E. Smith, 35, of 1024 S. Sprigg St. was issued a summons Saturday for failure to pay sewer charge.

Thefts A washer and dryer were reported stolen Friday at 30210 Boutin, No. 33.

Shoes were reported stolen Friday at Nearly Perfect Shoes, 209 S. Kingshighway.

CDs were reported stolen Friday at Sears, 2102 William St.

Theft of food was reported Friday at Denny's, 121 West.
