DWI

Kathleen M. Pope, 23, of 916 College Hill, Apt. 3, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Arrests

Zachary T. Greer, 22, of 123 S. Lorimier, Apt. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of making a false declaration, improper vehicle registration, no proof of insurance and driving without a license.

Charles E. Depauw, 19, of 911 Hickory, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a warrant for probation violation.

James V. Rose, 27, of 304 S. Third St., Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear.

Steve A. Lockwood, 46, of 5579 Pinehurst Lane, Columbia, Mo., was arrested Monday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.Summons

Gina L. Shelton, 28, of 525 Boxwood, Apt. 5, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for interference with legal process and resisting arrest.

Assaults

Willie Higgs, 29, of 535 Boxwood, Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of domestic assault and resisting arrest.

Daniel J. Bird, 21, of 514 Locust, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of assault.

Thefts

Cash was reported stolen Monday by Taco John's at 111 N. Kingshighway.

A coat was reported stolen Monday at Towers North to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.

Burglary

A television, VCR and stereos were reported stolen Tuesday during a burglary at 148 S. West End Blvd.Property damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 124 S. Lorimier.

A window was reported damaged Monday at 2834 Whitener.

Vehicle windows were reported damaged Tuesday at 1000 S. Sprigg.

Ruts were reported Tuesday in a yard at 600 N. Sprigg.

A Coke machine was reported damaged Tuesday at 574 Commercial.

Miscellaneous

A men's mountain bicycle was found Monday at 2218 Good Hope.Jackson
