The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Kathleen M. Pope, 23, of 916 College Hill, Apt. 3, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Arrests

Zachary T. Greer, 22, of 123 S. Lorimier, Apt. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of making a false declaration, improper vehicle registration, no proof of insurance and driving without a license.

Charles E. Depauw, 19, of 911 Hickory, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a warrant for probation violation.

James V. Rose, 27, of 304 S. Third St., Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear.

Steve A. Lockwood, 46, of 5579 Pinehurst Lane, Columbia, Mo., was arrested Monday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.Summons

Gina L. Shelton, 28, of 525 Boxwood, Apt. 5, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for interference with legal process and resisting arrest.

Assaults

Willie Higgs, 29, of 535 Boxwood, Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of domestic assault and resisting arrest.

Daniel J. Bird, 21, of 514 Locust, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of assault.

Thefts

Cash was reported stolen Monday by Taco John's at 111 N. Kingshighway.

A coat was reported stolen Monday at Towers North to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.

Burglary

A television, VCR and stereos were reported stolen Tuesday during a burglary at 148 S. West End Blvd.Property damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 124 S. Lorimier.

A window was reported damaged Monday at 2834 Whitener.

Vehicle windows were reported damaged Tuesday at 1000 S. Sprigg.

Ruts were reported Tuesday in a yard at 600 N. Sprigg.

A Coke machine was reported damaged Tuesday at 574 Commercial.

Miscellaneous

A men's mountain bicycle was found Monday at 2218 Good Hope.Jackson

Katie Boyer, 20, of 405 W. Adams, Jackson, was arrested Saturday on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Alejandro P. Taleno, 24, of 1210 E. Main St., Jackson, was arrested Sunday on a warrant for domestic assault.

Summonses Terry L. Shirley, 34, of 1583 Lilac Lane, Jackson, received a summons Friday for failure to obey a stop sign.

Markus Rothweiler, 34, of 242 Birch Drive, Lot 65, Jackson, received a summons Saturday for driving while suspended.

Dominick Garrett received a summons Saturday for failure to obey a stop sign.

Trevor Thompson, 17, of 274 Hiawatha, Jackson, received a summons Saturday for failure to obey a stop sign and careless and imprudent driving.

Misty D. Webster, 29, of 3652 State Highway 72, Jackson, received a summons Sunday for failure to use a seat belt.

Richard D. Howard, 22, of 111 Ellen St., Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons Monday for failure to use a seatbelt.

Trey Farrow, 22, of 517 N. Shawnee, Jackson, received a summons Monday for careless and imprudent driving.

Carl P. Shirchak, 28, of 1514 Scott, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Saturday for driving without a valid license.

Daniel W. Buck, 24, of 901 N. Fountain, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Nathaniel Henderson, 27, of 2832 Themis, Apt. 10, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Saturday for driving while suspended.

James J. Dumey, 50, of 382 County Road 451, Sikeston, Mo., received a summons Monday for failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance.
