Sam Shaw and Riley Duncan of Troop 16 in Cape Girardeau, MO were honored as Eagle Scouts April 24, 2014 at the Elks Lodge #639. Sam's Eagle project consisted of building portable flower beds for the Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau and the Retired Priests Home in Perryville, MO. Riley's Eagle project was building storage shelves for LOVE, Inc, a Christian service organization located in Cape Girardeau. Congratulations to the new Eagle Scouts!...
