I Love My Pastor Contest

Life Radio, 90.3 fm Today's Christian Hits of Poplar Bluff, conducted a contest called "I Love My Pastor". Listeners were asked to submit the name and contact of their pastor. The pastor whose name was drawn would receive a check for $300 to purchase a new suit. Seventy five different pastors where entered into the contest from area towns and cities including Poplar Bluff, Greenville, Ellsinore, Puxico, Qulin, Dexter,Essex, Wappapello, Doniphan, Sturdivant, Randels, Bloomfield, Sikeston, Jackson Broseley, Piedmont, Malden, Corning and Mt. Home. The winner of the contest is Rev. Tom Wilder who is the pastor of New Hope General Baptist Church of Ellsinore. He was announced as the winner on yesterdays program at 8:00 am. He is pictured with David and Harriet Craig, the owners of Life Radio.
