On Jan. 9, the Saxony Lutheran High School cheerleading squad competed at the NCA St. Louis Classic cheerleading competition at the Family Arena in St. Charles, Mo. They received the overall grand champion award for the high school squad competition. They also won first place in the private high school division, second place in the time-out cheer division and the award for best use of jumps.
