Not only did Tiger Cross Country Athlete Billy Leighton win the Conference Champion title last week, but the Cape Central High School senior (pictured in the third row, third from the right in the photo above) also ran the fastest 5K time in school history: 15:43. In addition, 23 of the 29 Tiger Athletes ran personal record times during the meet at Notre Dame High School. Maddy McDonald and Haley White both earned All-Conference Honors in the women's race.
