The Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department is hosting the Junior High and High School Boys' Summer Basketball League for boys entering grades 7-12 for 2013-2014 school year. The league is open to school teams and traveling teams.

League play will begin on June 3 for the Junior High League and June 4 for the High School League. Junior High League games will start at 5 p.m. every Monday, and High School League games will start at 5 p.m. every Tuesday. Games will be held at the Osage Centre, A. C. Brase Arena and Shawnee Park Center.

Teams will play a double-header each night, providing that gym space participation allow. Teams will play a minimum of eight games. All teams must have an adult coach present at each game.

The registration deadline is May 10. The registration fee is $225 per team. Registration forms are available at the A.C. Brase Arena, Osage Centre and Shawnee Park Center, or online at www.cityofcape.org/leagues.
