The Cape Central Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) joined forces to fight hunger in Southeast Missouri. The two groups organized a Hunger Run where students ran the bleachers between the third and fourth quarters of the Cape-Jackson varsity football game. Students were able to collect $757 from fans in just minutes and presented the money to the Southeast Missouri Food Bank. With their resources and connections, the food bank will be able to turn the donation into about 5,750 pounds of food
