Franny Knight will lead a Social Media Workshop on Tuesday, April 22 at the Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce from 8 to 11 am. The presentation will be geared towards small business owners and non-profit organizations and will include ways to incorporate social media into the business marketing strategy.

Knight will also speak over lunch, from 11:30 am to 1 pm, at Port Cape Girardeau for Tri-State Advertising & Marketing Professional's monthly meeting, sponsored by University of Missouri Small Business Technology Development Center of Cape Girardeau County.

Registration is required for both events. Workshop registration is $50 ($35 for Tri-State AMP members) and lunch registration is $15 ($12 for Tri-State AMP member or $10 for current students). Knight has been teaching Social Media Marketing, Strategies, and Policies across the country for the last five years to thousands of participants. She adds into these workshops her brand of creativity, creative marketing and generational knowledge to really make it valuable. Prior to Social Media Marketing, she conducted Creative Marketing & Branding, Creative Leadership, Creative Teams and Creative Training Programs for ten years. Knight has a Master's Degree in Psychology from Wichita State University with a minor in Marketing.
