Muddy Water CrossFit Team takes 3rd in the D-Town Throwdown CrossFit competition

Team Muddy Water Crossfit takes 3rd in a team competition in Decatur IL last weekend. Teammates Heather Dietiker, Lindsey Baumhoer, Michael Haugh, Matt Leimer, Rachel Compton, and Chris Reed pulled out their hard work and dedication last weekend for a 3rd place spot on the podium at the D-Town Throwdown! After holding their own against 19 other teams all weekend, they took a 1st place win in the last workout of the competition finishing ahead of the #1 and #2 teams of which one was CrossFit Kilo, Crossfit Games Team, and CrossFit SoIL Regional Team, securing Muddy Water CrossFit as 3rd overall. Our CrossFit family, friends, and coaches could not be more proud of our competitors!
