New Salem United Methodist Women Daisy MO

New Salem United Methodist Women Daisy MO met June 1, 2015 at Delmonico Restaurant for lunch, meeting and all member Birthday Party with 15 members and 2 visitors.

Joyce Brewer, President, called the meeting to order with all repeating the UMW Purpose. Roll call was answered with "What was my best birthday."

We had 9 sick and shut-in calls for the month of May.

The Day Apart meeting will be held June 13 at Piedmont MO.

We will be sending our 2nd Quarter Pledge to a cancer patient in our community.

The unit will be serving refreshments for our VBS, July 6-11.

For the Festival of Sharing project this year we will contribute to the Heifer Project.
