The Chaffee High School Varsity Cheerleading Squad competed Sunday in the 2015 MCCA State Championship and was awarded First Place in the Class 1 Small Division. Chaffee competed against 16 squads using a variety of tumbling, stunts, cheer and dance. The competition.was held at the Hearnes Center located on the University of Missouri-Columbia's campus. The members of the state champion team are: Captain Maggie Penrose, Captain Hannah Seyer, Captain Kylie Payne, Kari Pepple, Madison Perry, Grace Knutson, Alexis Hanback, Anna Sadler, Kallie Brewer, Bailey Wiseman, and Olivia Horrell. Chaffee is coached by Debbie Lands and Katie Hawkins.
