What is your best 5K time after turning 50?

Don't remember, but it was last summer at Poplar Bluff and I did medal.

What is the race/time you’re most proud of since turning 50?

Since turning 50 it's not about "race time" anymore truthfully, it's just about getting out there still and doing it. Proudest of the races I do for St Jude's each year, half marathons now

What’s the longest distance you’ve ever run since turning 50?

Half marathon.

What’s your favorite local route to run?

There is a beautiful trail in Greenville, right across the street from the courthouse I work in. It connects to the campground and also Wappapello lake. I refer to it as "my trail", because I swear I use it more than the local towns people who live there do, it's like it was made just for me.

The thing I enjoy most about running is:

My running friends. And how great I feel after the run. Also being an inspiration to others to get out there and get active.
