Guardian Angel School students and staff of Oran, MO, celebrated the last day before Christmas break by playing a house game competition on Friday, December 16. The game titles were: Candy Cane Pickup, Red Nose Reindeer Game, and Away in a Manger. In the first game, 4 members of each group had to pick up a candy cane with a candy cane in the mouth, without using any hands. The second game had 4 members of each house trying to maneuver a red pom-pom hooked to a ribbon, so that it stuck to a nose covered in Vaseline jelly. The last game involved the remaining members going on a scavenger hunt throughout the school, looking for anything that would convert the students and props into the manger scene of Jesus' birth. Everyone had a great time. St. Gabriel's group won the manger scene re-enactment. Merry Christmas from Guardian Angel School!!
